Video blog #4: Basics. What Customers Want. How OpenBOM is Different.

To say customers are important is probably to say nothing. What is extremely important is to understand customers, to understand how they think, what they feel, how they react and what they really need. It takes time, effort, and persistence.

Over the course of the last four years, I talked to thousands of manufacturing companies, engineers, procurement managers, CEOs of manufacturing companies, and many people involved in manufacturing business – contractors, suppliers, owners of manufacturing shops, and resellers.

In today’s video, I speak basics – what customers want and how OpenBOM is different right from the beginning.

Check the video and let me know what do you think?

There are three things that OpenBOM does differently from many other solutions available on the market today. Here they are:

1- You can create an OpenBOM account online from the website. Navigate to openbom.com to do so.

2- You can see subscription prices available transparently on the website. No “contact sales” buttons instead of purchasing.

3- CAD integrations are available for download out of the box. Check more openbom.com/integrations

Conclusion

At OpenBOM we are different and we are listening to you – our customers. Let me know if you questions. If you don’t have OpenBOM account (yet)… well it happens. You should register online right now – openbom.com

Best, Oleg @ openbom dot com.
