Video blog #3 : BHAG

In this video, I speak about goals. We all have goals… like waking up Monday morning and promise to exercise every day or don’t eat after 6 pm. Today, I want to talk about BIG GOALS. I was inspired by Jim Collins’ book Build to Last. If you had no chance to read it, the coming weekend and quarantine is just the right time.

Check the video and let me know what do you think?

Conclusion

To achieve BHAG takes many incremental steps. What is important is to have that polar star you can look for when you’re going through the bumpy rides. I’m super proud of the OpenBOM team for what we achieved so far. Check how OpenBOM customers do it OpenBOM story.
